Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC contracts to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers in the market

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Develop strategies for business development

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Experience:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field

- Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish being a plus

- Experience in outside sales and account management preferred

- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Pay: $50, $80,000.00 per year
