What You'll Do as an Industrial Power Technician:
Responsibilities
As a
Diesel & Natural Gas Industrial Engine Technician
, you'll perform comprehensive maintenance and repair on industrial engine systems. From diagnostics to reconditioning and component testing, you'll be essential to powering our customers' success. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform engine disassembly, reassembly, and precision reconditioning
  • Conduct diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and technical analysis
  • Remove and install industrial engines and generator sets
  • Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct failure analysis and testing to ensure peak performance
  • Work independently or as part of a team in both shop and field environments

Requirements

  • Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
  • Previous mechanic or military experience working on engine systems
  • In-depth knowledge of engine, hydraulic, and electronic components
  • Strong technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities
