As a Senior Billing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our billing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You'll collaborate with multiple departments—including Accounts Receivable, Credit/Collections, and Operations—to enhance overall revenue cycle management and provide outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
- Process and import billing paperwork received from assigned branches accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Maintain daily billing work queues and monitor reports to ensure billing accuracy.
- Communicate with branches to address paperwork issues and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Billing Manager, AR, and branch staff to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Verify all invoice details, including pricing, tax information, billing periods, quantities, and customer data.
- Support departmental projects such as customer pricing updates, sales notifications, and process improvements.
- Meet monthly and end-of-period billing deadlines.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ year of medical billing or medical front office experience preferred.
- Strong data entry and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems.
- Ability to handle a high volume of paperwork with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of contracting and pricing for rental or sale of healthcare equipment.
- Experience with Enfinity billing system or similar software.
- Previous experience in medical or healthcare billing strongly preferred.
