Job Summary:

Oasis Vape & Smoke Shop is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate (Part-time / Floater) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
  • Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure products are well-stocked.
  • Follow all company policies, including age verification procedures.
  • Adhere to company guidelines for returns, exchanges, and discounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on company promotions and new product releases.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store and follow safety procedures.
  • Report discrepancies, theft, or damaged products.
  • Attend all company training sessions and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
