Position Type: Full-Time | Contract (3-Month Assignment)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking four Administrative Specialists to support a 3-month special project focused on creating catalogs within the ENOVIA platform. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have strong computer, data entry, and administrative skills, especially in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and catalog creation within the ENOVIA platform.
  • Use web-based tools to manage and organize catalog data accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support documentation needs.
  • Utilize software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook for daily tasks.
  • Communicate effectively through Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
  • Work within CRM systems such as Salesforce or ENOVIA to manage and track information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong data entry and administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with web-based tools and browser applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ENOVIA, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
