Lykos Sovereign Group is recruiting experienced investment professionals and senior executives to serve on an advisory board for a newly established private holding company. The organization models itself after established permanent-capital platforms like Berkshire Hathaway, with the stated goal of long-term acquisitions and private equity funds.

Our goal is to acquire and grow essential service businesses in:

• Logistics & Transportation
• FinTech & Financial Infrastructure
• Healthcare Services
• Industrial Services & Essential Operations

We are creating our Advisory Board with elite thinkers who can help shape our acquisition strategy, capital architecture, and growth blueprint while we scale from founder-led to institutionally credible.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Advisory Board Members serve as strategic power partners to the Founder & CEO and help shape LSG's capital strategy, acquisition architecture, governance methods, and long-term expansion model.

Advisory Board Members is a part-time remote role at LSG, Inc. The Member will provide strategic guidance, oversee financial planning, and participate in fundraising initiatives. The role requires conducting in-depth research and offering analytical insights to drive organizational growth and success. The practical responsibilities include regularly attending meetings, collaborating with the CEO, and offering expert opinions on various matters.

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advisory Board Members will:

Capital Strategy & Financial Architecture

• Advise on capital structure strategy, private credit, and deal financing frameworks.
• Strengthen access to institutional capital (family offices, private credit funds, HNWI and UHNW investors).
• Evaluate major financial decisions with a downside risk-first philosophy.
• Raise capital for funds or deals.

M&A Portfolio Strategy

• Support deal sourcing through private networks.
• Offer insight on valuations, deal terms, and transaction engineering.
• Guide post-acquisition strategy across integration, leadership, and expansion.

Strategic Access & Influence

• Open relationships that accelerate growth – bankers, CEOs, lenders, strategic partners, etc.
• Enhance institutional trust and external credibility.
• Provide executive-level mentorship to portfolio CEOs where appropriate.

Founder Partnership

• Serve as a confidential strategic counselor to the Founder & CEO.
• Pressure-test long-term moves for economic, reputational, and structural integrity.
• Help ensure mission discipline and dynastic continuity.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

• Private Equity / Venture Capital Partner
• Investment Banking (M&A) or Capital Markets Leader
• Founder or CEO with $5M-$500M+ scale experience
• Family Office, alternative credit, or deal structuring experience
• Logistics, FinTech, Industrial Services, or Healthcare Executives
• Strategic Finance, Governance, or Board Leadership Experience
