We're on the hunt for a Business Development Rep who's ready to turn handshakes into leads, connections into growth, and strategy into serious impact. You'll be the face of our brand in the community, bringing fresh energy, creative ideas, and real results.

What You'll Be Up To:

  • Meet people—like, a lot of them. Business owners. Connectors. Referrers. You'll be in the mix.
  • Fuel our sales pipeline with high-quality, high-potential leads
  • Execute marketing strategies that you helped shape
  • Think creatively to stay top-of-mind with the people who matter
  • Keep your CRM game strong—we love good data
  • Show up in the community—events, happy hours, handshakes and high-fives
  • Collaborate with a team that actually enjoys working together

You'll Thrive Here If You...

  • Have 3–5 years in sales, marketing, or BD (or you just hustle like you do)
  • Are outgoing, approachable, and love a good conversation
  • Know your way around a CRM or mobile sales app
  • Are equal parts strategic planner and friendly go-getter
  • Can juggle calendars, coffee chats, and KPIs like a pro
  • Are reliable, curious, and always one step ahead
  • Are ready to build your personal brand while growing ours

Bonus Points for experience in construction, restoration, insurance, or IICRC certification. But really—we're more about attitude than acronyms.

Schedule & Travel:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Local travel (you're the face of our brand, after all)
  • Occasional after-hours events (networking can't be 9–5 only)
