We are seeking a proactive and versatile Recruitment & Internal Marketing Coordinator to coordinate recruiting efforts, develop internal marketing campaigns, and ensure efficient office management. This hybrid position focuses on recruiting and internal sales/marketing strategies that elevate organizational performance and visibility within the company. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting, internal communications, and marketing experience who is looking to make a direct impact on busines

Key Respons**
**ibilities:
Recruitment & Talent**
Acquisition- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting job postings to onboarding
new hires.- Post and maintain open roles on job boards, LinkedIn, and company career
platforms.- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and prepare candidate summaries for hirin
g managers.- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate
experience.- Partner with HR on offer preparation and candidate comm
unications.- Enhance employer branding and talent outreach through targeted recruitment i
**nitiatives.
Internal Marketing & S**
ales Support- Develop and distribute internal communications and marketing content that promotes company initiatives, highlights department achievements, and informs employees of key busin
ess updates.- Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare presentations, reports, and sales enablement materials for internal audiences, such as team meetings or clie
nt launches.- Coordinate the creation and distribution of sales support collateral, including performance dashboards, promotional materials, and newsletters focused on business goals and interna
l campaigns.- Assist with logistics for company-wide business events, such as sales meetings, internal conferences, and recognition of top-perfo
rming teams.- Track internal feedback and metrics related to communications and business development activities to help refine strategies and increase team engagement and

Office Management &**
; Operations - Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure a well-functioni
ng workplace.- Manage vendor and facility relationships, including office supply and equ
ipment needs.- Coordinate logistics for in-office meetings, interviews,
and visitors.- Work with leadership to streamline office policies a
nd practices.- Serve as a point of contact for operational needs related to recruitment, marketing, and sales
**initiatives.
Q**
ualifications:- Proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace or Micr
osoft Office).- 2–4 years of recruiting, internal marketing, or sales suppo
rt experience.- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attent
ion to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably across all levels o
f the company.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-pace
d environment.- Preferred: Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and basic marketin
**g/sales tools.
Compensation**
& Benefits:- Competitive salary in the range of $55,000–$65,000 depending
on experience.- Health insurance coverage with 75% employe
r contribution.- 401(k) plan with matching contributions after

mpany holidays.- $1,000 annual stipend for bring-your-own-device technology

Requirements:- Occasional overtime work may be necessary to fulf
ill job demands.- We are a hybrid company, 3 days each week in the Chicago office are required (Tuesdays, Wednesdays
and Thurs
days).
Equipment:- This position requires you to have a computer that has fast internet access, where you can participate in video and phone calls as well as complete work. You will also need to have
a personal phone.- We have a bring-your-own-device policy and compensate up to $1,000 per year (based on anniversary) for computer, internet, and phone use. We do not provide t
echnical support.
