Job Title: Associate Campus Pastor, Discipleship
Ministry/Department: Multisite
Reports to: Campus Pastor
Status: Full-time, exempt
Supervisory Role: Yes
Objective
Provide leadership to Care, Groups, Connections and Multiplication Ministry campus teams in the areas of ministry growth and execution, implementing Eleven22 culture, casting vision for healthy ministry growth and providing support in shepherding and equipping the saints of The Church of Eleven22 for the work of ministry.
Support and co-labor with the Campus Pastor under his leadership to create an environment for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shepherd the Care, Groups, Connections and Multiplication teams by owning, modeling and implementing the vision and values of the church
- Co-labor with the Campus Pastor in setting annual goals, executing plans and evaluating outcomes for Care, Groups, Connections and Multiplication ministries as part of the campus Ministry Action Plans (MAPs)
- Focus on the gospel mission within the church and throughout the surrounding community by intentionally equipping the saints for ministry and developing ministry leaders
- Promote gospel unity and cohesiveness through care and leadership of campus staff and partnering with central ministries staff
- Establish clear metrics for Care, Groups, Connections and Multiplication ministries (e.g., attendance, engagement, discipleship progress) and implement consistent rhythms to ensure effective gospel ministry across a growing campus
- Know the ministry, people (staff, serve staff and congregants) and communities of Eleven22 through intentional connection, spiritual development, counseling and disciple-making disciples
- Lead, coach and manage campus staff in day-to-day execution of Ministry Action Plans (MAPs) and team member's Mission & Morale, this includes, but is not limited to the Care Minister(s), Groups Minister(s), Connections Minister(s) and Multiplication Minister(s)
- Lead and direct Care, Groups, Connections and Multiplication ministry teams in recruiting, developing, caring for and empowering serve teams and individual leaders to advance gospel-centered ministry on the campus
- Lead weekly and quarterly campus meetings with Care, Groups, Connections and Multiplication ministry leaders to review progress, align goals and address campus needs
- Be a leader of solutions and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with Care, Groups, Connections and Multiplication ministry leaders to celebrate wins, assess progress and identify growth opportunities for individual development and team effectiveness
- Ensure central ministry strategies are executed by Care, Groups, Connections and Multiplication ministries at the campus level, providing real-time feedback to both campus and central staff for alignment and continuous improvement
- Conduct general pastoral responsibilities alongside other pastoral and ministry staff, including weddings, celebrations of life, baptisms, care visitations, teaching, 1:1s and pastoral counseling
- Collaborate with Associate Campus Pastor of Operations and Family Ministry/Worship Gatherings to ensure campus-wide alignment across adult pathways, weekend gatherings and serve team ecosystems

Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of ministry leadership experience including experience managing teams, volunteers and/or ministry areas
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that primarily works Sunday through Thursday, with varying hours. Work times and days fluctuate with seasons and will include evenings and some weekend days.
The church has several big events, ("All-Skates") throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. These events are mandatory for all staff to be in attendance and may vary, depending on the vision cast for the current year.

Work Environment
This role primarily operates in a church building and professional office environment, in addition to various locations within the community. Some overnight travel may be required.
Physical Demands
This role requires sitting at a desk, standing and moving throughout office and building space and at times has some physical activity that is required in order to fulfill job responsibilities, including standing for long periods of time.
Ministerial Exception
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
