Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on various systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and instrumentation.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC units, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and low-temperature refrigeration equipment.
  • Ensure all facility and equipment repairs are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Respond to emergency service calls, including HVAC system failures and refrigeration issues.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct repairs, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman HVAC License required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong mechanical background with experience in boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and refrigeration systems.
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration.
  • Experience working with low-temperature refrigeration equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with low-temperature refrigeration systems.
  • Extensive experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
