At the brand new Towneplace Suites, we are looking for an exceptional and experienced Hotel Sales Manager We are seeking to hire someone upbeat, determined, as well as customer service oriented
The sales manager will be responsible for planning and supervising the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of hotel business.
Some of the main responsibilities of the Sales Manager role include:
- Responding promptly to groups that are looking to book group room blocks, wedding blocks, or meetings at our property.
- Organizing group blocks, creating contracts, and assuring all details are communicated throughout departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Strategizing ways to bring new clientele and revenue to the property.
Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits.
Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services
Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
We are extremely eager, and we are looking to hire a sales manager who is eager and ready to start training with a wonderful, hardworking team
