Overview
Seattle's Finest Security and Traffic Control was originally founded in 2002 as an Off-Duty Law Enforcement company specializing in traffic control and security services for contractors and businesses around the City of Seattle. The company initially started out with just a handful of SPD Officers and has since grown to over 500 law enforcement officers around Washington State.
In 2022, Seattle's Finest added a new division known as "PNW's Finest Security & Traffic Control." While the company has always been available to provide services outside of the Seattle area, adding the DBA of "PNW's Finest" has assisted businesses in understanding that the Seattle's Finest service area covers the entire state of Washington. Both Seattle's Finest and PNW's Finest are owned and operated interchangeably and are not separate entities. ?

Job Skills / Requirements
Unarmed Security Officers needed in the Seattle, WA area
PT (with FT potential)/All Shifts - $25/hr - Weekly PayMinimum Requirements
At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirementsA high school diploma or GED or experience gained through at least one year of verifiable employment historyAuthorized to work in the United StatesAble to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, for the purpose of public interaction and report writingPhysical ability to sustain periods of sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include: frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.Negative result on pre-employment drug screen to include marijuanaAbility to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standardNeat and professional appearanceFriendly and professional demeanor with an assertive personalityAbility to provide quality customer serviceAbility to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client site.Job Duties May Include
Patrol facility or man post as instructed and serve as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractionsDetect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property, client or employees at the siteReport all incidents, accidents, or medical emergenciesRespond to emergencies and alarms by following emergency response proceduresMaintain a friendly and professional demeanorBe a good communicatorReport to work on time and complete assigned shiftMaintain a neat, professional appearanceUnderstand and successfully execute Post Orders and/or other client instructions or guidelines.#SFS
