Job Overview

A fast-growing cybersecurity organization is seeking a strategic and results-driven
Regional Vice President of Sales
to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence across the South East. This role requires a seasoned enterprise sales leader skilled in building high-performance teams, driving value-based sales motions, and cultivating a culture of accountability, execution, and customer success. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who consistently surpasses revenue goals while strengthening the company's position in the cyber risk and security market.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead with a customer-first, value-driven sales methodology aligned to modern enterprise selling frameworks and Force Management principles
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-impact enterprise sales team; coach team members on MEDDICC, Command of the Message, and other best-practice methodologies to improve pipeline quality and win rates
  • Own and execute a scalable territory strategy grounded in data-driven insights and aligned to organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with CISOs and other C-suite stakeholders across multiple industries to generate demand and long-term customer value
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting to ensure predictable and consistent revenue delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize sales motions and strengthen the company's overall value proposition
  • Lead complex deal cycles, including commercial negotiations and contract structuring, while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
  • Drive partner and channel strategy, including relationships with VARs, systems integrators, and other strategic partners to maximize regional impact
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and executive briefings to amplify brand awareness and market credibility

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated history of exceeding enterprise sales targets within cybersecurity, risk management, or related technology sectors
  • Strong grounding in value-based selling frameworks, including Force Management, Command of the Message, and MEDDICC
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing enterprise sales teams in competitive markets
  • Expertise in territory design, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting to support sustainable growth
  • Established relationships with CISOs and other executive-level buyers to accelerate deal cycles and expand market reach
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex cybersecurity or risk-related solutions and connect them to business outcomes
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Experience driving channel and partner strategies to broaden market influence
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams, reinforce accountability, and promote continuous learning

This role offers a competitive salary range aligned with experience and qualifications. The anticipated base salary range is
$175,000 to $225,000 annually
, accompanied by a comprehensive commission structure and benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), flexible PTO, life insurance, and opportunities for professional development. Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, skill level, and location.
