Remote Legal Intake Specialist
Established Law firm has an immediate opening for a Remote Legal Intake Specialist II. Ideal candidate will have an upbeat, positive, and helpful temperament. Opportunities for growth and development. Great place to gain legal knowledge and experience while working from home. Starting pay is $12.50/hr. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:15 am - 5:00pm.
Note: This position is fully remote. However, the first two weeks of training will be in the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume of incoming calls in a call center environment.
- Assist members with opening and updating legal intakes in computer system, coding files correctly and sending messages to appropriate parties.
- Adhere to firm standards of courtesy and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior work experience required; customer service experience preferred.
- Good keyboard and computer skills.
- Good telephone communication, courtesy and professionalism.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with good grammar.
- Must be reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must live in Tarrant County, Texas or contiguous counties.
Remote Requirements:
- Must have the ability to connect via sound and camera for any remote periods of work.
- Must have high-speed internet connection.
- Must have dedicated workspace free from background noise, distractions, and interruptions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
