Position Overview:

We are looking for a part-time IT support specialist, preferably someone currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all Microsoft-based systems are operating efficiently, and providing data recovery solutions as needed. Additionally, you will manage our cloud-based storage and make recommendations for software or program updates that will enhance our workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain all Microsoft-based systems (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, etc.)
  • Assist with data recovery processes and ensure data integrity across devices and cloud storage
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based storage solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Recommend and implement software solutions to improve company-wide efficiency
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on various IT systems
  • Ensure all devices and systems are secure and meet industry standards for safety and privacy
  • Assist with ongoing IT projects and ensure that technology is aligned with the company's design needs

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college program for Information Technology or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based systems (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and data recovery processes
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members
  • Knowledge of design software tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) is a plus
