About Us:

Known for our exceptional quality and outstanding customer satisfaction, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical to our continued growth and reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate commercial and specialty residential painting projects
- Review and prioritize incoming leads and RFPs
- Interpret blueprints and prepare accurate, competitive bids
- Conduct onsite job walks and develop project budgets based on labor, materials, and timelines
- Utilize estimating tools and takeoff software (On-Center experience a plus)
- Coordinate all phases of painting projects from start to finish
- Manage schedules, crews, materials, and subcontractors
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure timely project execution
- Perform site inspections and ensure high standards of quality control
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
- Resolve project issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Motivate and lead field crews to meet performance and quality goals
Qualifications:
- You must be in San Diego, California in order to be considered. This is an in-office position only.
- 3-5 years of estimation experience in painting, construction, or related trades.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in painting, construction, or related trades.
- Proven ability to estimate and manage both commercial and residential painting projects.
- Proven ability to manage commercial, industrial, or high-end residential painting projects.
- Strong understanding of coatings, surface preparation, and finish standards.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Teams, Asana, etc.).
- Knowledge of commercial and residential paints and coatings is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- College education or trade school certification is a plus.
