Qualifications:

Understanding of the comedy theater/school landscape and how to market BCC's unique voice.

Very proficient with all aspects of social media platforms (primarily Instagram).

Very proficient with image and video editing software, captioning, and tools on social platforms.

Proficient with Microsoft/Google suite of products.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Superb organization skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to work with a cool comedy team :)

Job Description

Capture content at theater and school on a weekly basis (3 nights/week) and create engaging social media reels and promo for the BCC.

Brainstorm and create non-promotional/fun videos in the voice of BCC featuring our community.

Highlight success stories/news of our community and alumni.

Post daily stories of all shows happening at BCC that night (6 days/week) and tag relevant cast members and creators.

Respond to DM messages & collab requests, and re-share interesting tagged content at the theater (twice daily, in AM and PM)

Coordinate/outreach to producers of shows who captured high-quality recordings to make our own reels with their permission.
