The Production Coordinator will support all aspects of branch operations and administrative tasks.
Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Serve as first point of contact for Credit Managers.
- Manage billing for .
- Assist customers with all questions and concerns.
- Purchase and receive .
- Manage receivables in addition to depositing checks and cashing out and reviewing invoices.
- Field sales calls and call on delinquent accounts.
- Handle AP/AR inquires.
- Order office and warehouse supplies.

Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
