Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Upper Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, demonstrates strong classroom management skills, and fosters a positive and engaging learning environment aligned with our school's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards.
  • Create a positive classroom environment that promotes student learning and respect.
  • Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into daily instruction.
  • Participate in professional development and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
  • Strong understanding of 4th-grade curriculum standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for inspiring young learners and fostering a growth mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $45,000.00 per year
