Job Description
The Finance Manager is a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing comprehensive financial oversight and support. This role involves producing and managing various management and executive reports, driving annual planning and monthly forecasting, and fulfilling Board of Directors reporting needs as requested by the Segment CFO. Additionally, the Finance Manager will deliver critical reporting and analytics for consolidated Vistar and collaborate closely with division operating companies to achieve the financial objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversees the preparation of monthly reporting and analysis packages, utilizing TM1 ERP
  • Oversees the preparation of various executive financial review packages and presentations supporting Vistar CFO
  • Provide financial input to Board of Directors reporting packages
  • Responsible for total Vistar-level consolidated financial analysis/overview as needed
  • Review and auditing various financial data and files
  • Liaising with various VPs and members of the Sales organization, building a business partnership
  • Oversight of staff in their learning and development
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar field

2 year supervising financial analysts

5+ years experience in advanced financial modeling skills in corporate finance

Compensation
$110,000 - $120,000 base salary + 30% annual incentive potential
