In this position you will support the Hotel General Manager with the day-to-daymanagement of the hotel. This position is ideal for a candidate that has Front Deskand or Housekeeping Supervisory experience.
• Responsible for Front Desk shifts as needed: AM/PM andOvernight coverage
• - Responds to guest service requests - Responds to review platforms with resolution of anycomments or concerns - Enforces customer service standards and procedures. - Training of staff members for all departments
