We are seeking a
motivated and experienced Scrum Master
to lead Agile delivery for
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
initiatives. This role is critical to driving high-performing teams and ensuring alignment with AEM development best practices and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile/Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine AEM-specific product backlogs.
- Ensure timely delivery of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Identify and remove impediments to maintain team progress.
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors.
- Ensure compliance with AEM architecture standards, governance, and performance benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, including 1+ year on AEM projects.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, components, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90, ,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
