Role Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a metrics-driven scrum master that facilitates Agile practices across data engineering teams supporting wealth management data platforms. This role ensures smooth sprint execution, fosters team collaboration, and drives continuous improvement in delivering high-quality data solutions for financial advisors and clients.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Coach teams on Agile principles and help remove impediments to progress.Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize data-related user stories.Coordinate release management and ensure alignment across squads and product areas.Support data engineering squads in building scalable data pipelines, analytics tools, and reporting systems tailored for wealth management platforms.Coordinate cross-functional teams including QA, data engineers, analysts, and DevOps.Create, manage and/or monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and progress.Update weekly status, risk, mitigation plan to key stakeholders

Technical Skills

Qualifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).Expertise in Agile frameworks, tools (e.g. Jira) and KPI creationExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Experience in financial services, especially wealth management or fintech.Familiarity with data engineering tools (e.g., AWS, Kafka, Snowflake).

Nice-to-have skills Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
