Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Arizona licensed home inspector to perform detailed and comprehensive inspections of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Arizona's unique housing market, construction practices, and building codes. As a Home Inspector, you will play a critical role in helping clients make informed decisions about their properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including single-family homes, condos, and townhouses, according to state regulations and industry standards.
  • Assess the condition of various structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other essential elements of the property.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, observations, and recommendations for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Stay updated on changes in Florida building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Valid Arizona Home Inspector License.
  • Proven experience in conducting residential property inspections.
  • In-depth knowledge of Arizona's housing market, construction practices, and building codes.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or hazards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills for generating comprehensive inspection reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or training in related fields (e.g., mold inspection, Sewer Scope, etc.).
  • Prior experience working in real estate, construction, or a related industry.
