About the Role:

We're looking for a
Senior Salesforce System Developer
to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions on our Salesforce platform. This role is key to enhancing sales operations, improving automation, and supporting data-driven decision-making across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes and drive company growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
  • Implement automation and integration strategies to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Stay current on Salesforce innovations and champion best practices across the organization.

Ideal Background:

  • Proven experience developing and administering complex Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of business systems, automation, and CRM data structures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
