We are looking for a personable and professional Loan Ops Specialist who has exceptional attention to detail, processes and procedures and thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment.Are you interested?The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and processing of all new, renewed, and modified consumer and commercial loan requests.Key Responsibilities:Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with professionals across departments.Ability to successfully perform quality work within tight deadlines with minimal supervision.Booking loans, renewals, and modifications.Responsible for maintaining titles for collateral loans, pulling, and releasing titles for closed loan files, pays auto drafts.Scanning loans into cold storage.Processing loans on an as-needed basis.Distributing Officer Note and Line Tickler, Past Due and Maturing Loans reports.Handling payoff requests.Monitoring all loan insurance files, ticklers, updates, and imaging.Payment reversals / corrections.Billing corrections.Prime rate changes.Maintain knowledge of and follow Board established policies, procedures, and regulations, including those defined by BSA,AML CIP and OFAC, cognizant of transactions, inquiries that appear suspicious, obtaining reasonable and verifiable explanations, notifying the Compliance Officer when necessary; ensure section of BSA is maintained on loan >$10,000; adherence to CIP policies with regard to documenting files on new/renewal loan customers; completion of all web-based compliance training within established time frame.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years banking experience with knowledge of banking regulations; detail oriented, time management skills; ability to work independently or on a team, must display and maintain professionalism in appearance and communication.Why Join Us?• Opportunity to be a key contributor at a stable and reputable financial institution.• Supportive and collaborative team environment with ongoing training and development.• Competitive salary and benefits package.Resumes can be sent to
