This role is perfect for a recent college graduate with exceptional Excel skills who’s eager to start a career in financial markets and operations. As part of Cantor’s Stock Loan Operations team, you’ll support our Stock Loan, Matchbook, and RevCon trading desks — ensuring trades are processed accurately and efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with trade data, using Excel daily to reconcile positions, analyze trends, and maintain operational precision. What You’ll Do Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros) to analyze and reconcile trades Support trade booking, settlement, and daily account balancing Assist with mark-to-market adjustments, reporting, and month-end reconciliations Collaborate with trading and operations teams to ensure data accuracy What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Exceptional Excel proficiency — ability to manage, analyze, and reconcile large datasets Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Cantor Fitzgerald This is a unique opportunity to launch your career at the intersection of trading and operations , gaining exposure to global markets and real-time trade activity.
