Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial and industrial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct facilities maintenance activities as needed to uphold the integrity of the environment.
  • Execute custodial duties that may include buffing floors and maintaining surfaces in high-traffic areas.
  • Assist with commercial cleaning projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Engage in industrial cleaning tasks that require adherence to specific guidelines for equipment and materials.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects efficiently and effectively.

Experience

  • Previous experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work or facilities maintenance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with buffing equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
  • Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness are essential for success in this position.
