We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team As a Hard Hat Cleaning Co. team member, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude will contribute to our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Job requires employees to work in both residential and commercial environments.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Post-construction cleaning tasks such as removing dust and debris from construction sites.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and address their specific cleaning preferences.
  • Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Required physical actions such as bending, reaching, standing, crouching, kneeling, working overhead or lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in both heat and cold.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Have your OWN reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
  • Current Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail is a MUST
  • Flexible schedule is a PLUS.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and punctual.
  • Must work well with and respect others on our team.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Enjoy cleaning and take pride in maintaining a tidy space.
