Director of Growth
to join our leadership team
Position Overview:
The Director of Growth is a new for us, pivotal leadership role responsible for driving recruitment, increasing market share, and implementing growth strategies for Benson Broker Group. This individual will lead initiatives to attract, onboard, and develop top talent, strengthen brand presence, and identify new opportunities to scale our business. The ideal candidate is going to be energetic, creative, a right hand to the owner, and wiiling to go out and talk to people daily
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new to high-performing real estate agents to expand our team.
- Develop and execute branding strategies to elevate Benson Broker Group's market presence.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators and growth metrics of our locations to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Motivate team members to achieve production goals and deliver exceptional client service.
- Foster relationships with agents, clients, vendors, and industry partners to strengthen the company's network and influence.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and initiatives to drive business expansion.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on business planning, goal setting, and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, growth strategy, or leadership within the real estate industry. KW Team leaders, assistant team leaders, BOLD coaches, productivity managers, and title reps are ideal candidates
- Strong marketing and branding expertise with the ability to implement creative campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM and real estate platforms such as Ylopo and Follow Up Boss.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in both strategic and hands-on capacities.
