You'll partner closely with these teams as you craft compelling messaging and positioning, define our go-to-market strategy, and enable our sales team to win.
What You'll Do

- Drive Go-to-Market: Lead product launches and orchestrate go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline and accelerate growth. This includes developing launch plans, driving always-on sales plays and programs, and leading and executing event and workshop strategy.
- Enable the Field: Create high-impact sales enablement materials and scalable processes, including pitch decks, demos, training content, and competitive battlecards. You'll empower our dedicated SPM sales team to effectively communicate our value and close more deals.
- Create Compelling Content: Lead the creation of thought leadership and product content that builds awareness and fuels the sales funnel. This could include white papers, blog posts, webinars, data sheets, industry-specific materials, and customer success stories.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships across Product Management, Sales and other key cross-functional teams as you align a diverse group of stakeholders toward a common goal.
What We're Looking For

- Exceptional Storytelling: You can distill complex concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences. You are a natural communicator, both in writing and in person.
- Strategic & Hands-On: You can think at a strategic level to define market opportunities and then roll up your sleeves to execute on tactical deliverables.
- Operational, Data-Driven Mindset. You are meticulous with details, rigorous in how you track business performance, and comfortable using data to guide decisions, identify opportunities, and report on impact.
- Builder's Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where you can pick up and lead new projects with a high degree of autonomy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
- A passion for and familiarity with the sales operations space, including sales planning, incentives, or territory management.
- Eagerness to explore and apply evolving AI tools to enhance product marketing deliverables.
