About Us:
Child Therapy Center of Los Angeles (CTCLA) is a growing private practice built on heart, strategy, and soul. We support children and families across the greater Los Angeles area soon expanding across Southern California.
We don't do "bandaids" or rigid scripts. We focus on root causes, neuroscience, and deep connection. Our clients are discerning A-list families, industry professionals, and devoted parents and they expect an exceptional, seamless onboarding experience.
Your Role:
This is a sales and revenue-focused role. You are owning the "front of house" operations with a relentless focus on conversion, retention, and growth.
You'll be:
- Driving Revenue:
owning the entire sales pipeline from initial inquiry to signed intake, ensuring we meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets. - Mastering Conversion:
expertly handling inbound leads with warmth and speed, using persuasive, empathetic language to convert curiosity into committed clients. - Analyzing Data:
monitoring conversion rates, lead sources, and drop-off points in our CRM (GHL) to constantly optimize our sales funnel. - Closing with Confidence:
guiding families through financial discussions and service agreements with clarity, overcoming objections by highlighting the unique value of our holistic approach. - Managing Relationships:
tracking referral sources and ensuring every referring provider receives personal follow-up to nurture our referral network. - Optimizing Strategy:
refining sales scripts and follow-up sequences based on real-time data to improve our close rate. - Collaborating for Growth:
communicating proactively with our CEO and Marketing leads to align sales efforts with broader company goals. - Scaling Operations:
building and updating internal sales assets (scripts, objection handling guides, CRM workflows) to support our expansion across the state.
You'll be the bridge between a family's need and our solution. A calm force for overwhelmed parents, and a powerful revenue generator for our practice.

Aggressive monthly bonuses available based on lead conversion metrics and revenue targets. - Hours:
hours/week (generally 9am–5pm PT, M–F) - Location:
Remote, but Los Angeles area is preferred.
