Job Title: Senior Client Engagement Specialist
Job Description
The Sr Client Engagement Specialist acts as the primary liaison between the company and its major aerospace customers, overseeing all routine business activities associated with customer orders. This includes processing purchase orders, coordinating schedule changes, providing post-sale support, preparing price quotes, and resolving billing disputes. The role demands strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order management.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate schedule changes to align with customer needs.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present price quotes for aerospace products and services.
- Resolve billing disputes and issues promptly.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless order management.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with preference for AS400 or Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data integrity and adherence to department turnaround times.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- AS/AA degree or equivalent.
- Flexibility and commitment to customer care.
- Ability to build rapport and promote communication across internal supply chain teams.
- Well-organized, multi-tasking, self-starting individual.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $38.70/hr.
