What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Oversee, plan, and enhance comprehensive nursing and clinical programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline workflows and boost quality indicators.
- Implement and track quality improvement initiatives and incentive programs.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate nursing and clinical support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, HIPAA, and government regulations (CMS, COP, HRSA, Title 22).
- Participate in medical, administrative, and educational committees.
- Stay at the forefront of clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
Who You Are:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current California RN license.
- Certified in CPR and ACLS.
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience and 4 years in nursing management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Knowledgeable about government healthcare regulations and quality improvement.
- Passionate about transforming patient care and supporting your team.
