Director of Nursing
who doesn't just manage—who drives innovation, empowers teams, and elevates care across multiple sites.

. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee a passionate team of 5 nurses and 25+ Medical Assistants, directly reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, with influence spanning 11 clinic locations. This is your chance to

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Oversee, plan, and enhance comprehensive nursing and clinical programs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline workflows and boost quality indicators.
  • Implement and track quality improvement initiatives and incentive programs.
  • Mentor, supervise, and evaluate nursing and clinical support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, HIPAA, and government regulations (CMS, COP, HRSA, Title 22).
  • Participate in medical, administrative, and educational committees.
  • Stay at the forefront of clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development.

Who You Are:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current California RN license.
  • Certified in CPR and ACLS.
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience and 4 years in nursing management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledgeable about government healthcare regulations and quality improvement.
  • Passionate about transforming patient care and supporting your team.
