Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain
    Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOMs)
    , modifying Engineering BOMs for ease of manufacturing.
  • Manage and monitor
    Part Master Data
    and
    Product Structures
    in MRP/ERP systems throughout the part lifecycle.
  • Incorporate approved
    Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
    into BOMs and material masters.
  • Collaborate with
    Production Control
    ,
    Manufacturing Engineering
    , and
    Scheduling
    to plan effective implementation dates and reduce residual inventory.
  • Define and communicate required actions for change implementation across departments.
  • Analyze planning functions, load data into MRP systems, and identify improvement opportunities for process optimization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to master data quality and process efficiency.
  • Resolve discrepancies between requests and existing records or company policies through proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field with
    2–4 years of experience
    , or
  • Associate degree with
    4 years of experience
    , or
  • In the absence of a degree,
    6 years of relevant experience
    .

  • Strong
    analytical and data accuracy

  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration

  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Background in
    Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Manufacturing

  • Experience working with
    technical or engineering documentation
    and data management tools.
