Administrator – Hospice
We are seeking an experienced Administrator/ Executive Director to oversee and manage the daily operations of our hospice agency. This role ensures the highest quality of patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of hospice operations, including patient care, finance, human resources, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff to maintain excellence in care delivery.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and audits.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
- Coordinate with medical professionals, patients, and families to provide compassionate care.
- Address patient concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Engage in community outreach and stay informed on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrator in hospices setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting and audits.
- Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
