wA leading organization is seeking a Data Operations Associate to drive data accuracy and operational efficiency for client-side ad campaigns in the CPG sector. This contract role will build and execute new data-tracking processes, maintain catalog and advertiser records across multiple internal and CRM systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and skilled at using SQL, CRM platforms, and AI tools to optimize processes at scale

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sPerform data entry and maintenance in CRM systems, partnering with Sales for advertiser account management
  • .Use external and internal data sources to establish a unified source of truth for CPG manufacturer business operations
  • .Audit and maintain large-scale CPG brand catalogs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • .Build and support reporting infrastructure for catalog management and campaign effectiveness
  • .Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Catalog, Operations) to streamline processes and optimize workflow automation
  • .Leverage AI tools and SQL to improve auditing, scale-up data processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • .Maintain robust, reliable processes for high-quality catalog content and reporting

.Skills & Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree and minimum 2 years' experience in business analytics, operations, or consulting
  • .Prior experience with CPG advertisers, retail, or digital media industry preferred
  • .Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
  • .Experience with data/catalog management platforms and working with large datasets
  • .Ability to apply AI tools to automate workflows and conduct data audits
  • .Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in analysis and reporting
  • .Comfortable with repetitive data tasks; proactive in identifying optimization opportunities
  • .Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills
