The Role

We're seeking a
Talent & Showroom Relations Lead
to scale Awe's presence among stylists, VIPs, and creators. This role blends PR strategy, relationship management, and on-the-ground execution. You'll be responsible for building Awe's presence on ShopMy and scaling our affiliate creator program through strategic gifting, curating VIP and campaign gifting lists, managing showroom pulls, and cultivating high-value relationships that drive brand visibility.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong network in LA's fashion and entertainment ecosystem who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Awe's affiliate creator program via ShopMy and strategic gifting
  • Curate gifting lists for each seasonal campaign and oversee fulfillment of creative and PR mailers
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Awe's target VIPs, creators, and stylists through thoughtful gifting, styling pulls, and custom design projects, in coordination with our PR team and their NYC showroom efforts
  • Manage and host stylists in Awe's Hollywood showroom — coordinating appointments, ensuring merchandise is perfectly curated for each stylist's needs, and maintaining a polished environment
  • Oversee showroom inventory for PR and styling pulls, ensuring organization, efficiency, and brand alignment
  • Monitor media and social placements, celebrity sightings, and affiliate performance; synthesize key insights for the PR and brand team
  • Act as the face of Awe's LA showroom and an ambassador for the brand's aesthetic and values

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in PR, showroom management, or talent relations for fashion or accessories brands
  • Deep network of relationships with LA-based stylists, talent managers, and fashion influencers
  • Proven success managing showroom loan-outs, gifting programs, and seeding campaigns
  • Highly attuned aesthetic sensibility and the ability to style jewelry for diverse personalities and trends
  • Strong understanding of creator and affiliate marketing, ideally with ShopMy or similar platforms
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude
  • Based in Los Angeles and available for weekly showroom visits

Contract Details

This is a part-time contract role requiring approximately 10–15 hours per week, including at least one in-person day at Awe's Hollywood showroom.
