We're looking for someone who:

  • Likes to talk to people on the phone – because it's an important way that we connect with our clients
  • Has high attention to detail – because our clients wouldn't like it if we show up at 4:00am instead of 4:00pm
  • Understands the importance of constantly improving – because we are doing just that. We are a growing company and expect you to grow along with us
  • Can be an influencer – because we are not the only option a prospective client has
  • Likes to follow a process – because a well-thought-out process is what gets our client a great experience

What would I be doing?

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Following a script when asking questions to make sure we get all the information we need
  • Entering information into our CRM
  • Scheduling clients for service calls and estimates
  • Making outbound calls to confirm appointments
  • Greeting people that stop by the office (clients, deliveries, etc.)

What about the pay and benefits?

  • $40,000 - $65,000+ total compensation including base pay and performance bonus

This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday – Friday.
