Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, addressing customer inquiries, fulfilling orders, making invoices, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Inventory control and stocking paper and supplies.
  • Processing Orders & Creating Invoices
  • Operating Copiers and Digital Printing Press
  • Bindery & Post-Press (ie. Binding books, cutting, laminating, stapling, folding, etc.)
  • Helping Customers with Copies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or the print industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using office software and computerized systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
