What you'll do

  • Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain front desk operations, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective communication.
  • Uphold high standards of guest relations by being attentive to their needs throughout their stay.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining focus and efficiency.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous hotel experience or knowledge of hotel management practices.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems.
