Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, proven supervisory experience, and completion of the Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) course. As a supervisor, you will guide and support our clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of excellent client care while fostering professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide group clinical supervision to social work staff , ensuring compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Oversee case management and clinical interventions to maintain the highest quality of client care.
  • Offer guidance, feedback, and mentorship to support staff professional growth and skill development.
  • Conduct regular supervision sessions, maintain documentation of supervision, and address staff performance issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey or New York.
  • Completion of the Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) course.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Proven supervisory experience in a clinical or social service setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of clinical presentations.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to social work practice.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
