About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Specialist to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in securing financing, manage lender relationships, and ensure all documentation complies with local regulations and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present financing options and products to customers in a clear, professional manner.
  • Work with multiple lenders to secure competitive financing terms.
  • Process all finance deals accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies.
  • Maintain detailed records and submit required documents to lenders and accounting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Finance role in an automotive dealership is required.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, finance programs, credit applications, and lender guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
