We're looking for a strategic, hands-on CFO to take full ownership of our financial operations — turning data into decisions, chaos into clarity, and freeing our CEO from day-to-day financial firefighting.

The Role

The CFO will be responsible for financial strategy, forecasting, and accountability across all departments — including Sales, SEO, Website Management, Development, and Finance.

You'll design systems for financial transparency, profitability, and cash control while leading our small but mighty finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a 12-week rolling cash flow forecast with high accuracy.
  • Build department-level P&Ls to track profitability across divisions.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and ensure 95%+ collection within 30 days.
  • Create and manage budgets and financial forecasts aligned with company goals.
  • Deliver a monthly financial snapshot — concise, visual, and actionable.
  • Partner with department heads to tie financial results to operational performance.
  • Provide strategic insight on growth, profitability, and risk management.

  • 8–15 years of financial leadership experience.

First 90 Days Expectations

  • Audit all financial systems and processes.
  • Deliver a 12-week rolling cash flow forecast.
  • Build monthly department profitability dashboards.
  • Implement AR accountability and collection metrics.
  • Present first "Financial Snapshot" to CEO and leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
