Hope Comprehensive Center for Development is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language

Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home Early Intervention speech therapy to infants and

toddlers (ages 0–3). This is an outstanding role for SLPs who thrive in family coaching,

natural-environment intervention, and flexible caseload management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home EI speech evaluations & provide ongoing therapy

  • Write IFSP-aligned, measurable goals

  • Deliver play-based, family-centered interventions

  • Provide parent coaching and communication strategies
    • Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, ABA providers, CDS, and service coordinators

  • Complete all documentation within required timelines

  • Travel between homes (paid drive time + mileage reimbursed)

  • Maintain compliance with EI and payer guidelines

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • California SLP license + ASHA CCCs

  • 1+ year pediatric experience preferred (EI experience prioritized)

  • CPR certification

  • TB test, physical exam, vaccination record

  • Clear background check

  • Reliable transportation
