Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Architect and maintain multi-tenant SaaS platforms, ensuring availability, data isolation, and compliance with security standards.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability for large-scale SaaS deployments.
• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, DevOps, and QA to ensure timely delivery of SaaS features and platform enhancements.
• Provide code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to clean code principles and agile methodologies.
• Drive technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and contribute to long-term SaaS platform strategy and product roadmap.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, multi-tenant performance bottlenecks, and production issues in a SaaS environment.
• Ensure proper CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing practices are in place for continuous delivery and reliability of the SaaS platform.

Required Skills
Web Application & SaaS Development:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Strong understanding of server-side languages like and Python.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and SaaS-based architectures.
• Understanding of multi-tenant application design, subscription management, and user onboarding flows.

DevOps & Cloud Operations

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience managing SaaS deployments and version rollouts across multiple environments.
• Good to have knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Cloud Technologies

• Experience with cloud-native SaaS deployments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of cloud services including compute, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with cloud-based monitoring, scaling, and billing in SaaS environments.

Desired Skills
Database Management:

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Exposure to data partitioning and performance tuning for multi-tenant SaaS systems.

Testing And Quality Assurance

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools like Cypress, Jest, or Mocha.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and scaling SaaS products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, subscription billing, and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
