Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with exceptional mastery of
Python
and
React
to drive our innovative team forward. The ideal candidate excels in building robust ERP solutions, leading full-stack web development, and mentoring engineering teams. This role requires deep expertise in
Python
-driven backend systems and
React
-powered frontend experiences, paired with a passion for solving tough problems. Retail industry experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver high-performance full-stack applications and tailored ERP systems to meet business goals.
  • Oversee the full software lifecycle, from requirements to production deployment.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to define scope and deliverables.
  • Mentor developers, enforcing best practices in code, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and maintain scalable, secure
    Python
    backends integrated with responsive, modern
    React
    frontends.
  • Stay ahead of emerging tools and advocate for strategic technology adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in full-stack software engineering.
  • Proven expertise in ERP platforms, including customization and module development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and React
    , with strong command of JavaScript ecosystems.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and database systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps workflows.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Retail domain knowledge, including POS or e-commerce systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
