Overview
This is a hybrid role - 2 days remote and 3 days in the Malvern, PA office.
The Analyst, Third Party Management will work directly with the Director of Business Development and the Vice President of Third-Party Management. This role uniquely supports both the new business development functions, as well as the existing Partner relationships in the Third-Party Management department. The Analyst creates complex analysis, reporting, business projections, proformas and other ad hoc assignments related to existing and proposed storage facilities.

Responsibilities
- Develops proficiency in preparing budget projections for potential management assignments
- Supports Third Party Management Team in creating, reviewing, completing, and uploading managed store budgets
- Evaluates existing portfolio performance
- Researches and responds to assigned store level issues, working with a variety of internal departments to ensure a positive resolution
- Assists Relationship Managers in producing client specific reports as needed
- Communicates clear and accurate information with colleagues, operations personnel and management
- Provides outstanding customer service to all internal and external contacts
- Grows within the role, increasing personal responsibility and visibility within the Company
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications (including Programs/systems experience)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting or math related discipline
- 0-3 years professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented; organized; ability to perform multiple duties simultaneously with a high level of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills; thoroughly thinking through issues from multiple perspectives in order to determine the best course of action, following through to completion
- Ability to multi-task and function in a team environment
- Advanced Excel skills and moderate PowerPoint presentation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting and the ability to read financial statements
