Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, chocolate items, and ice cream according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate the Clover POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and chocolate display cases.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milks, and other supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health regulations during food preparation.

Skills

  • Proficient in coffee preparation techniques with a passion for the beverage industry.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with guests.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Clover POS, is preferred but not required.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively.
  • Previous experience in the coffee industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
