Responsibilities

  • Prepare, facilitate & coordinate communications, schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences on behalf of WCF Leadership.   
  • Coordinate travel arrangements-flights, car rentals, and hotels.
  • Prepare and process expense reports for WCF Leadership, establish and maintain filing systems for the leadership team.  
  • Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and /or other reports as requested.   

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years frequent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced
    level.
  • 5 years administrative support, preferably for senior level management or combination of college degree and 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with all levels of employee.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Must be able to lead and coordinate projects utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must type 55 wpm.
